Shipment of Pipeline Fittings to Russia – Haihao Group Completed Large Batch Order for High-Grade WPL6, LF2, and Alloy Steel Components

Haihao Group has successfully completed the production and shipment of a full range of pipeline fittings and flanges for a Russian customer.

This order includes A420 WPL6 reducers, MSS SP-95 swage nipples, A350 LF2 flanges, A234 WP11 alloy steel elbows, and various high-pressure forged fittings manufactured according to ASME and MSS standards.

All products were manufactured under strict quality control, including dimensional inspection, heat treatment, beveling, and surface protection, ensuring full compliance with international project requirements.

Product Scope in This Shipment

The shipment covers a wide variety of fittings, primarily:

1. Eccentric and Concentric Reducers (A420 Gr. WPL6 / A234 WP11)

Sizes range from 3/4″ to 20″, with wall thicknesses including SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH XS, SCH 160, SCH XXS.
Products include:

• Eccentric reducers 4″x3″, 8″x6″, 10″x6″, 14″x10″, 20″x16″
• Concentric reducers 6″x4″, 8″x4″, 20″x18″
• Heavy-wall reducers such as 10″x8″ SCH 140 and 16″x12″ SCH 80

2. Swage Nipples (MSS SP-95)

Manufactured in both concentric and eccentric configurations:

• 1″×3/4″, 3/4″×1/2″, 1½”×3/4″, 3″×1″, 2″×1½”, 3″×2″
• End types: PBE (PE×PE), BLE×PSE, NPT threaded, TSE/MTE

3. Flanges (A350 LF2 / A182 F11 / A182 F22)

Large quantity of forged flanges supplied:

• Weld neck flanges: CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, CL2500
• Socket weld flanges: 1/2″–1½”, SCH XS, SCH 160
• Threaded flanges: 2″, 3″, CL150–CL300
• Special heavy-wall flanges:

4. Other Forged Fittings

• Threadolet 3″x1/2″ CL3000 FTHD (A350 LF2)
• 90° alloy steel elbow (A234 WP11) — 10″ SCH 80, short radius (1D)
