Haihao Group Ships a Full Range of Pipe Fittings to UK Client
Haihao Group recently completed a large-scale shipment of carbon steel pipe fittings for a long-term UK client. The order includes a full range of elbows, tees, concentric reducers, eccentric reducers, and special-radius fittings, manufactured under ASME B16.9 and BS EN 10253-2 standards.
All items were produced using 20# new raw materials, with shot-blasted clean bevel ends, accurate groove angles, and smooth surfaces free from burrs. Each fitting was inspected according to strict dimensional tolerances and bevel requirements to ensure seamless installation at the client’s project site.

Products Supplied in This Shipment
1. Long Radius & Short Radius Elbows
The order includes a wide variety of 45° and 90° long radius elbows, 90° short radius elbows, and special elbows such as horseshoe elbows.

- Sizes from 1¼” to 40″
- Wall thickness including STD/WT and SCH 20
- Materials: ASTM A234 WPB (black paint) & P265GH (rust-preventive oil)
- Standards: ASME B16.9, EN 10253-2
These elbows are widely used in pressure pipelines, power stations, and energy projects requiring reliable flow direction control.
2. Tees (Equal & Reducing)
A full set of equal tees and reducing tees was supplied, covering small-bore to large-bore sizes.

- Sizes: 3″ × 2″, 4″ × 2½”, 6″ × 2½”, 18″, 8” × 6”, etc.
- Materials: WPB & P265GH
- Standards: ASME B16.9 / EN 10253-2
Every tee underwent surface treatment and bevel machining compliant with the customer’s welding requirements.
3. Concentric Reducers
The shipment includes a broad selection of concentric reducers, both seamless and welded, covering sizes up to 36″ × 32″.
- Materials: ASTM A234 WPB & P265GH
- Wall thickness: STD/WT, custom thickness for UK project requirements
- Surface treatment: Black paint or anti-rust oil
These reducers are used to ensure smooth flow transition between pipe sections of different diameters.
4. Eccentric Reducers
Multiple eccentric reducers were also delivered for pipelines requiring offset centerlines.
- Sizes: 10″ × 8″, 20″ × 10″, 24″ × 20″, etc.
- Standards: ASME B16.9 & EN 10253-2
- Advanced bevel angle control to meet 37.5° ± 2.5° (ASME) and 30° +5° (EN)
5. Special Fittings – Horseshoe Elbows & Large-Radius Components
To meet the UK client’s installation needs, Haihao also manufactured:
- Horseshoe elbows (90° LR)
- Large-radius and custom thick-walled elbows
- Straight-seam fittings for urgent delivery requirements
All special fittings were produced using high-precision forming processes and ultrasonic-tested materials.

- Shot-blasted clean surfaces for 20# new material fittings
- Bevel ends free from burrs, with correct blunt edges
