Quality inspection of products supplied for FPSO

The day before yesterday, a batch of flanges used for FPSO by Haihao Company completed production. Before delivery, the customer said that they would conduct quality inspection on this batch of products. Haihao Group welcomed this. Yesterday, the customer entrusted a third-party testing agency to our company to test the products. After the test, the customer was very satisfied with the product quality.

Forged flanges

The quality inspection personnel arrived at the factory at 9:00 a.m. This test included the appearance and size inspection of the flange, mechanical property inspection, ultrasonic inspection, x100 and x500 times magnification hardness test, etc. During the tensile test, the products were tested at different temperatures. After testing, in the range of – 10 degrees to 65 degrees, Haihao’s products show excellent performance.

After the test, the quality inspector saved the test results and fed them back to the customer on the same day. The customer was very satisfied with the test results.
