This project heavily relies on reliable ASTM A193 B7 stud bolt assemblies as core flange bolting components. Supplied paired with matching A194 2H heavy hex nuts, these ASTM A193 B7 stud bolt units come in multiple imperial lengths including 1″, 7-1/2″, 8″, 8-1/4″ and 9″. Most variants receive zinc plating or galvanized finish, delivering stable tensile strength for high-temperature pressure boundary joints. Each ASTM A193 B7 stud bolt follows ASME B1.1 UNC thread specification and full dimensional verification before packing.
To meet low-temperature service sections of the project, we included ASTM A320 B8 stud bolt sets, supplied together with A194 Grade 8 heavy hex nuts. Sizes cover 3/4″, 7/8″ and 5/8″ with UNC thread, suitable for cold service piping joints. The shipment also contains multiple stainless steel fasteners, including 316SS hex nuts, 316 round head machine screws, 316L spring lock washers and A2 stainless hex nuts complying with DIN 934.
Pre-assembled grade 8.8 galvanized hex bolt sets form another key segment of this order. Each kit is fully assembled: one hex head bolt, one nut, two flat washers plus one lock washer. Metric sizes M6, M10 and M12 are ready for electrical connection work on-site. We also supplied alloy steel U-bolts, paired with heavy hex nuts and washers, available in M8 and M12 sizes for pipe support clamping. Additional anchor studs and cadmium plated AISI304 flat washers complete this full fastener kit.
Every ASTM A193 B7 stud bolt and all accompanying fasteners are checked for thread quality, material certification and coating integrity. Material test certificates are provided for the whole batch, including mill reports for 316L spring washers. Mixed metric and imperial sizing was carefully sorted and marked separately, to prevent misinstallation on the UK project site.
