Haihao Group Ships ASTM A420 WPL6 Seamless Butt Weld Fittings to Singapore
Haihao Group has completed fabrication and shipment of ASTM A420 WPL6 seamless butt weld fittings for a Singapore industrial piping project. This batch includes seamless concentric reducers and seamless reducing tees, all built to ASME B16.9 for low-temperature carbon steel pipeline service.

Each ASTM A420 WPL6 concentric reducer comes with precision machined bevel ends ready for site butt welding. The supplied concentric reducer sizes cover 2” x 1”, 8” x 6” and 4” x 3”, with mixed wall schedules S40 x S80, S40 x S40 and S80 x S80. Our workshop applied black paint for rust protection, plus a 25 mm wide white RAL 9010 NACE colour band on every fitting, as specified by the Singapore client.
Alongside the reducers, we delivered one seamless reducing tee sized 12” x 8”, STD x S40, also ASTM A420 WPL6 and manufactured to ASME B16.9. Consistent marking and surface treatment were applied on the reducing tee, matching the same NACE identification requirement for full batch traceability.
The ASTM A420 WPL6 concentric reducer is widely selected for low-temperature piping. We strictly control material testing, dimensional tolerance and marking execution before shipment. Our QA team verifies each fitting to confirm the white RAL9010 NACE stripe, black coating quality and bevel end geometry meet the project’s technical drawing.
