Received the inquiry from the customer in Myanmar

This week, we received an inquiry from a Myanmar customer about carbon steel elbow and large size carbon steel bend. The customer requires fittings shall have  carbon equivalent not exceeding 0.45%, Marking for pipe specifications ,heat number , bending angle, total lenght and heat shrinkable coating on the surface of the bend. After receiving the inquiry, I immediately offered a competitive price to the customer, and at the same time, I sent some photos of the heat shrinkable tape made for other customers for their reference.

After receiving the quotation, the client immediately contacted me via Wechat and WhatsApp to confirm some details with me and also introduced to me that the inquiry was mainly a bidding project of Myanmar government. The client and Myanmar government also have several contracts under way.  Each other have a detailed introduction to the inquiry and quotation after the customer and I need to some of the bidding documents, because our company took part in many countries in recent years, large bids, the bidding contract, and got a lot so we have relative advantages in file providers, customers need to file we can provide timely and give Suggestions.

After sending the documents required by the customer to the customer, the customer was very satisfied with the documents and said that our company was very professional and willing to cooperate with us for a long time.  At present, the communication with the customer is going well.
