This A106 Gr.C 5D seamless pipe bend series features a 5D bend radius, hot formed from seamless A106 Gr.C carbon steel pipe. Unlike fixed-angle standard elbows, this batch includes non-standard 65° and 20° bends alongside conventional 90° units. All units are 6 inch nominal size with 25.4 mm wall thickness, prepared for butt-weld field connection. A106 Gr.C material offers good tensile strength and ductility, ideal for medium and high-temperature carbon steel piping systems.
Our production team carefully controls wall thinning during hot forming for every A106 Gr.C 5D seamless pipe bend. Dimensional inspection verifies bend radius, finished angle, wall thickness and end straight length after forming. Each pipe bend is checked to ensure the wall remains within the allowable tolerance across the extrados, intrados and neutral axis sections. End preparations are machined for smooth butt welding on-site in Vietnam.
Full material test certificates are provided together with the shipment of this A106 Gr.C 5D seamless pipe bend batch, supporting the client’s incoming QA inspection and project documentation. Our factory can fabricate custom bend angles, varied radii and different wall thicknesses based on client drawings.
