This batch of EN10253-2 P265GH seamless elbow covers multiple bend radii and angles, including 3D 45°, 3D 90°, and 5D 90° seamless elbows in Type A construction. Outside diameters range from 139.7 mm up to 508 mm, with wall thicknesses tailored for pressure service. The carbon steel P265GH grade is widely selected for European boiler and pressure pipe systems, delivering stable mechanical performance under elevated operating temperatures.
A key detail for this Italian order is the controlled weld end machining. Every EN10253-2 P265GH seamless elbow is bevelled at 30+5°, retaining a clean root face and free of burrs. By contrast, the accompanying ASME B16.9 A234 WPB elbows follow 37.5±2.5° bevel angle, also machined with proper land to simplify fit-up and reduce welding defects on site. All fittings come with EN 10204/3.1 inspection certificates containing full heat traceability and mechanical test records.
Besides the European standard elbows, the shipment includes ASME B16.9 seamless short radius and long radius elbows in 6 inch size, ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel.
