Haihao Group to closely follow developments in Southeast Asia’s largest energy infrastructure project
Haihao Group is closely monitoring the latest developments in the Kutei North Hub natural gas project in Indonesia, which recently entered the EPCI tender phase. The project, led by Italian energy major Eni, is valued at USD 17.49 billion and marks one of the most significant offshore oil and gas investments in Southeast Asia over the past decade.
The Kutei North Hub project is expected to reshape the region’s energy landscape and includes the deployment of a high-capacity Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit with a processing capability of 1 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 80,000 barrels of condensate per day. Supporting infrastructure includes subsea pipelines connected to the Santan onshore terminal and LNG processing at the Bontang LNG facility.
