2.How to Fix Control Valve Leakage?
Internal Leakage: Adjust the valve stem length to ensure a proper fit and eliminate internal leaks.
Packing Leakage: Chamfer the top of the packing box and add a corrosion-resistant metal protection ring at the bottom to minimize gaps and prevent packing displacement under fluid pressure. The contact surface should be finely machined to improve smoothness and reduce wear. Flexible graphite packing is recommended for its excellent sealing performance, low friction, durability, and resistance to high temperatures and pressure.
Deformation Leakage: Valve plugs and seats should be made from corrosion-resistant materials. Defective components with pitting or sand holes must be eliminated. If severe wear or damage occurs, replacing the valve plug and seat is necessary to maintain a good seal.

If oscillation is mild, increasing the spring stiffness by selecting a stiffer spring can help stabilize the valve. When severe pipeline or base vibrations occur, adding support structures can reduce interference.
