In piping field, a pipe nipple is a short length of steel pipe, with male threads on the ends. It is one of the most popular used pipe fittings for connecting two pipes or fittings. Commonly the length of the pipe nipple length is less than 12″ longs. The length of the nipple is specified by the overall length including the threads.
TBE(Thread Both Ends) Pipe Nipple
Based on the different ends, there are TOE pipe nipple(Thread One End), TBE pipe nipple(Thread Both Ends), PBE pipe nipple(Plain Both Ends), The pipe nipples will vary with different sizes, pressures and materials. There are Round pipe nipple, Hex nipple and Swage nipple(it has different sizes of two ends) .
TBE(Thread Both Ends) Pipe Nipple
A TBE pipe nipple is a nipple of thread both ends, it means this nipple has two male threaded ends , it can connect with two pipes or fittings with female thread ends. It is the most common used pipe nipple in the industry piping systems. Sometimes the thread has a specific length in the end, some also has the full thread on the who nipple.
