Strict Dimensional Inspection
Before shipment, our quality control team conducted comprehensive dimensional inspections to verify:

Tolerances in line with EN 10253-2 specifications
Beveling angles within the required range (for P265GH fittings: bevel angle ≤35°, typically 30° with tolerance of +5°)
Smoothness and uniformity of pipe ends

Full Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
In addition to dimensional checks, selected fittings—especially tees—were subject to Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to detect any surface cracks or defects. All tests were performed following EN and NACE standards, and accompanied by detailed reports.

Surface Protection & Packaging
All P265GH fittings were:
Shot-blasted before beveling to ensure surface cleanliness
Coated with rust preventive oil, with special attention given to the bevel ends
Inspected for any signs of corrosion before shipment
Packed in sturdy wooden cases for safe delivery to the UK
For WPB carbon steel fittings included in the same order, a protective black paint coating was applied to meet client specifications.
