Precision tubes order for GPC are inspected

Hebei Haihao Group steel pipes department provide the precision tubes to GPC(Genuine Parts Company) Canada as mechanical parts.The inspector from GPC visited our factory to do the trial order quality inspection.

10 pcs tube samples are chose for inspection

The parts order is AISI 1010 and AISI 1020 material precision tubes.To reach an accurate dimension,the tubes are produced by cold drawing to control the tolerance.GPC inspector checked the dimensions and surfaces of precision tube samples we produced and discussed with process with our engineers.

OD and ID dimensions and tolerance in inspection
