In recent days, the M030 project, undertaken by Qidong COSCO shipping offshore engineering, successfully delivered its final four modules (M05/M06/M07/M12) on schedule, marking a significant milestone with a completion and delivery ceremony. Representatives from petrobras, Yinson, VME process Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and the Qidong COSCO shipping offshore Engineering project team witnessed this important moment together.

The M030 project involves the construction of upper modules for the FPSO Maria Quiteria, awarded by VME process Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. to Qidong COSCO shipping offshore Engineering. It is divided into four packages (RFQ-002, 003, 004, 005) comprising a total of 11 modules, weighing approximately 16,000 tons. Key modules include the F01 high/low-pressure venting module, M05 oil separation and stabilization module, M06 gas dehydration and desulfurization module, M07 production water and chemical injection module, M08 associated gas low-pressure compression module, M10 gas recovery compression module, M11 seawater filtration treatment module, M12 seawater filtration module, M14 associated gas high-pressure compression module, M15 amine solution collection block, and M34 closed drain tank block.
To ensure the timely completion and delivery of the modules, various work zones and project teams actively and efficiently organized and advanced production technology preparation, design, procurement, and construction work. The construction cycle, spanning over eleven months since December 26, 2022, witnessed the completion of module structure, mechanical and electrical assembly, and MC work, earning high praise from the main contractor VME and owner Yinson.
