This shipment covers LR butt-weld elbows and seamless reducers built to ASME B16.9. The A420 WPL6 pipe elbow includes 90° and 45° long radius variants, ranging from 14 inch up to 24 inch with SCH20, SCH80 and SCH100 wall thickness options. Material certification for the A420 WPL6 pipe elbow meets -46℃ impact requirements at 27J, and sulfur content controlled below 0.01% to reduce brittlement risk in cryogenic service.
Complementing the low-temperature carbon steel components, the package also supplies A860 WPHY65 large bore elbows at 18″ and 20″. These high-strength elbows deliver impact energy of 40J minimum and 34J average, designed for high-pressure transmission pipelines. Beside elbows, we also supply concentric and eccentric reducers made from A420 WPL6 for smooth diameter transition across the piping system. Each A420 WPL6 pipe elbow and reducer passes dimensional inspection and material verification before packing.
