Haihao Group is proud to announce the successful delivery of a large batch of pipeline fittings and flanges to a valued client in Russia. This project highlights our capability to provide customized forged fittings, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, and branch connections that meet stringent international standards such as ASME B16.9, ASME B16.5, MSS SP-97, and NACE MR 0103/ISO 17945.

Product Scope
The shipment included a wide range of products:
- Elbows: 45° and 90° long-radius elbows in seamless and welded types, manufactured from WP316/316L dual grade stainless steel and ASTM A420 WPL6 carbon steel, with wall thicknesses from 3.38mm to 12.7mm.
- Tees: Equal, reducing, and split tees in ASTM A420 WPL6, fully compliant with ASME B16.9 standards and NACE requirements.
- Reducers: Concentric and eccentric reducers, seamless construction, produced under strict low-sulfur and low-phosphorus requirements for NACE compliance.
- Flanges: Weld neck flanges, slip-on flanges, blind flanges, and spectacle blinds in ASTM A350 LF2 and ASTM A516 Gr.70, covering CL150 to CL600 pressure ratings.
- Branch Connections: Weld-o-lets and sock-o-lets in ASTM A350 LF2 and stainless steel, manufactured to MSS SP-97 and reinforced according to ASME B31.3/B31.1.
Strict Quality Control
To ensure safety and reliability in demanding applications, Haihao Group enforced a 100% inspection policy on critical areas:
- All beveled ends underwent 100% Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) or Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Forged outlets were fully reinforced in compliance with ASME B31.3/B31.1 and MSS SP-97.
- Carbon steel fittings received transport coating protection such as oil or varnish to resist corrosion during shipment.
- All butt-weld ends were prepared strictly according to ASME B16.25 Dwg. 2(a) & 3(a).

Packaging & Documentation
To guarantee safe delivery, all products were packed in plywood crates with separate loading spaces for different piping items, preventing damage or mixing during transport. Each fitting was clearly marked with material grade, size, pressure class, and where applicable, GA-E-60013 for NACE compliance.
Furthermore, a Material Test Certificate (MTC) was issued for each batch, confirming compliance with NACE MR0103/ISO17945, including mechanical properties such as maximum hardness ≤210 HV10 and chemical composition limits (C ≤0.25%, S ≤0.015%, P ≤0.020%).
