Mixed ASME Butt Weld & Socket Weld Fittings for UAE Pipeline Project

Haihao Group has completed production, inspection and shipment of a diversified batch of ASME butt weld and socket weld pipe fittings for our UAE client. This order combines carbon steel and duplex certified stainless steel components, alongside high-strength line pipe end cap with strict low-temperature and metallurgical requirements for desert process piping service.

This ASME mixed specification pipe fittings package groups several material grades and design standards, each with its own defined acceptance criteria. The carbon steel 45° and 90° long radius elbows, ASME B16.9 ASTM A234 WPB, are supplied in 4 inch SCH 80 seamless construction; the back wall thickness is controlled to a minimum of 87.5% of nominal thickness, a critical tolerance for long-term pressure containment.

The batch also includes 1 inch, 3000# socket weld elbow to ASME B16.11 from ASTM A182 F316/F316L dual certified material.

This heavy-duty cap requires metallographic structure grade 7 or better, mechanical property validation and impact performance qualified down to -46°C, suited for low-temperature process streams in remote UAE oil and gas installations.
