Formed from A234 WPB wrought carbon steel, the seamless one-piece construction removes the weak points associated with fabricated branch joints, delivering reliable structural integrity for general process and utility piping systems. Both the run and branch ends are precision beveled to align with matching pipe wall dimensions, streamlining on-site welding and reducing installation time.

Every A234 WPB seamless reducing tee goes through controlled surface preparation and non-destructive evaluation before leaving our facility. The entire fitting receives a uniform shot blast finish to remove mill scale and produce a clean, consistent surface ready for field coating. Full magnetic particle inspection is carried out across the body, crotch and end zones to identify any surface or subsurface flaws, ensuring long-term leak-free performance.
